My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. We’ll work with your inner system not just the behaviors on the surface—to understand how your coping strategies formed, and how they can shift toward more freedom, clarity, and compassion.

Many of my clients are overachievers, caretakers, or deeply introspective people who have hit an emotional ceiling. Therapy helps them access parts of themselves that were long buried or dismissed like curiosity, calm, and self-worth.
